More 25 Year Anniversary Offers

As the celebration of 25 years of POWER i continues, IBM are offering even more promotions to mark the occasion.

As mentioned in a previous blog, IBM recently announced the 0% financing offer which will continue to run until the end of the year.

Now, in addition to this, IBM announce two more great incentives to move over to POWER…

The first of which offers a discount to IBM License Transfer customers wishing to move their POWER i license to a new eligible IBM POWER server 720/740.

The discount will vary based upon the period when the transaction takes place:

  • ƒ For qualifying transactions between the day of announcement and September 30, 2013 (inclusive), IBM will discount the price of the license transfer fee to 1 US$
  • ƒ For qualifying transactions between October 01, 2013 and December 31, 2013 inclusive, the license transfer fee will be discounted by 50%.

The second discount is on the IBM Software Maintenance After License fee.  IBM will discount this fee to 1 US$ when you purchase a new POWER or PureFlex System and reinstate your Software Maintenance After Licence during the promotion period (May 31st ’13 – Dec31st ’13) . Conditions apply.
