Proactive work can be included – weekly or monthly system checks or complete system monitoring, which can be vital to your system’s reliability.
Tokens can also be used for site work where your resources need support – such as OS upgrades and PTF updates. Contracts start from as little as £5,000 and their flexibility means you buy tokens in blocks to suit your likely needs.
